Stephanie West has been licensed since 2002 and has lived in the Coachella Valley since 2003. She is a second-generation REALTOR® and has been around real estate since the third grade.
She works with buyers, sellers, and investors across the valley, including La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Indio, Thousand Palms, Cathedral City, and Desert Hot Springs. Her focus areas are short sales, luxury homes, REO listings, land, and manufactured homes. She has listed bank-owned homes as an REO agent, negotiated short sales with lenders, and handled trust sales.
If you owe more than your home is worth or are behind on payments, Stephanie can explain how a short sale works and what your lender will ask for. For tax and legal questions, she will refer you to a CPA or attorney.
Stephanie is also the Market Center Technology Trainer MCTT at Keller Williams La Quinta, where she teaches agents the tools used to market homes and manage transactions. Her clients get the same tools and regular updates on their sale or search.
She has served on the KW La Quinta Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and was named ALC Member of the Year twice. Past roles include DEI Chair, Social & Culture Chair, and RED Day Chair.
Stephanie grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and lived in San Diego and Temecula before moving to the desert. She lives in Palm Desert. Her two daughters graduated from Palm Desert High School and went on to UC Berkeley. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and local concerts.
